I. Return Process:
Receipt of the goods → defective → contact customer service → meet the conditions of return and exchange → customer service provides the return address, send the goods → email contact customer service to provide a screenshot of the return information → confirm the receipt → refund

1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.

3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only.
4. If you do not provide sufficient information especially return tracking number, we have the right to reject your request for return. Thank you for your understanding and we deeply appreciate your cooperation.
In which case the goods cannot be returned?
- The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, beauty tools, jewelry and accessories, and free gifts.
- Hang tags and clothes are artificially damaged and have been worn and washed, affecting secondary sales.
II. Return Policy
- You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
- The product you want to send back should not be worn out and the label should be attached.
- We are responsible for all the following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
- We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- Full refund is not avaliable for promotional item.
III. Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a full or partial refund once we have received your returned items .
The refund will be sent to your shopping Paypal or credit card account, you will receive it within 48 hours.

If you cancel within 24 hours after successful purchase and payment, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us by email first. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
